Update on Computer Systems Change

High-priority Items Being Addressed:

1. ATM access via debit card is encountering intermittent issues.  It appears that cards work as expected at some machines and not at others.  We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. (Update: ATM transactions are working correctly at this time.)

2. Check numbers and check images are not displaying on account history in Virtual Branch.  Our first priority is to confirm that check numbers are displayed.  We will then work to ensure that check images are also available for viewing. (Update: Check numbers and check images are now displaying in our Virtual Branch, online banking.  Please note, checks converted electronically at stores such as Hy-Vee or Wal-Mart will not display an image but the check number will be displayed).
